Taxonomic definition
Taxonomic definition The isTractSegmentof relationship is a spatial association relation [relatio associationis spatialis] which associates a segment with its substance tract.
Documentation

The isTractSegmentof property.

This ternary property defines a segment in a substance tract and position it as initial or successor of another segment in the same tract. It is extended to the segments themselves, wich can have subsegments.

A substance tract is made of segments appended in a row, each one, either organ or segment of organ, is transporting the substance of the tract. A segment is always an organ with cavity, most often of tubular structure, with the exception of organs wich are the producers of the substance. Segments and subsegments are necessarily continuous along the substance tract.

Formally, a segment is defined at minima as constituent part of a substance tract or a segment of a substance tract, and is always positioned as continuous to its preceeding segment. Additional defining information is not necessary, but may be present.

There exists an inverse property named hasTractSegment. For a substance tract, it allows to list all its segments in sequence.
